Every May, the Sirocco festival puts together a week of concerts, theatre, dance, music, fine arts and various exhibitions at different venues in the centre of Perpignan.
It is a meeting of culture and creativity, inspired by sound and image from Africa, Morocco, Spain, Andalusia and Catalonia, an occasion for Perpignan to receive professional and amateur artistes from all over the Mediterranean in an atmosphere of exchange, discovery and respect of traditions and customs.
