President Sarkozy is visiting Perpignan today, going to the St Jean hospital before a reception at lunchtime with local politicians in the Palais de Congres.
There are parking restrictions and road closures in operation in central Perpignan during President Sarkozy's visit. These are expected to be lifted early this afternoon. Tweet this!
