Girona airport is re-open this morning, Monday 19th April 2010, after being severely affected with flight disruptions due to the continuing emission of volcanic ash into the atmosphere over Iceland.
However, Ryanair have extended their cancellations of flights to/from Northern Europe until 1pm wednesday so many flights in and out of Girona airport will continue to be affected in the coming days.
